High quality bedlinnen and bathlinnen is available for every guest. We provide big and small towels, and even pooltowels. Kitchen towels are also available.
Our guests can use all facilities present in the house, all household equipment and all storage. The villa will be prepared and cleand before your arrival and the end cleaning after check out is also inculded in your rental price.
The daily use of water, internet (WIFI) and digital television are included in the rental price. Once a week our poolboy visits the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. If needed he adds water, he cleans the pool and he adds the necessary products. His service is also included in the total price.
To treat all our guests as honestly as possible, we charge € 0,45/kwH for the used electricity. When you check in the level of the electric meter will be noted and once again during check-out. The total amount of used electricity will be charged by our housekeeper. Please forsee some cash to pay her.
Everyone over 16 years of age who stays in a holidayhome on the island of Mallorca has to pay the tourist tax that the government has installed, the so called EcoTax. This costs during the holiday season (from the 1th of May until the 31th of October) € 2,00 (+10% VAT) per day and in the low season (from the 1th of November until the 30th of April) € 0,50 (+ 10% VAT). If you stay longer than 8 days, you'll receive a discount of 50% from the 9th day on. The total amount of tourist tax that you need to pay, will be charged in advance together with your rental price.
In our holidayhome our guests are responsible for the garbage disposal. We forsee soms garbage containers and bins, but the garbage bags need to be purchased at the local supermarket. More information about the garbage disposal and sorting you'll find in the informationfolder at the villa.
