The booking proces :
You complete the contactform on the right side of this page or you send us an e-mail with the same information. You will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
You can always check your preferred dates in the kalender at the bottom of this page.
If your chosen dates are available, we will send you a personal offer.
You can confirm the offer and the booking by signing the rental agreement, which you will receive together with the proposal.
You receive an payment invitation to pay an advance for your booking (25% of the total price).
After we receive the first payment we will send you the rentalcontract, all the details regarding your reservation and all the documents you need. Your booking is now final and the house is reserved for you.
Three weeks before the arrival we will send you a final payment invitation for the rest of the amount due. This amount needs to be in our account at least 10 days before you check in. If not, we have the possibility to cancel your booking.
After we receive the total amount for your booking we will give you alle the information about the villa, the location and how you can get the key from our housekeeper. She will be there to greet you when you arrive.
