Villa Mallorca :
Feels like home away from home
We chose this slogan for a reason. We are convinced that you will immediately feel at home in our holiday villa. We have tried to think of everything you could possibly need to enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The interior and layout of the villa is based on a design that is as practical and pleasant as possible to offer both cosiness and structure to our guests.
Should something go wrong, or if you have any questions or suggestions, you can always contact us by e-mail or telephone. On site you can always contact the concierges Heike and José if there is a problem or you need help. They can also answer all your questions about the Villa.
Home away from home also means a small commitment on your part. Just like us, treat the Villa as your home and treat it with respect and love. We do everything we can to provide you with every comfort and ask you to keep this comfort for us and for other guests.
Entrance / toilet / storage room
Through the front door you enter a spacious entrance hall with coat rack and shoe cabinet. At your left you find the separate guest toilet with a sink and cabinet. A little further you enter the storage room with washing machine and dryer and all the cleaning utilities you might need.
Kitchen
In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need and more: a refrigerator with freezer, a dish washer, an oven, a microwave oven, an electric hob with induction and extraction system and a dubble sink. All the cooking and diner supplies are present, including a toaster, egg boiler, mixer, coffe machine, water boiler, ... Everything you can imagine to prepare and enjoy a lovely meal.
For our guests we provide a bottle of water, a bottle of cava and some snacks upon arrival. The basic products for the dishwasher, the dishes and the coffee machine are also available. You can start your holiday without any worries.
Living area
In the living / dining area you have a dining table for up to 8 people, cupboards with daily necessities, some books and even some family games. De large sofas with coffe table are cosy and one of the turns in to a bed if needed. Here you can enjoy the SmartTV with cable -and satelite connection, programmed to offer you channels in all languages and also Netflix and DisneyPlus.
Terrace / Lounge
Through the glass door or through the kitchen door you arrive at the spacious, cosy covered terrace with a garden table and seats for up to 8 persons, a lounge with coffeetable and an outdoor TV connection unit.
Garden / pool
Next to the terraces you find the garden and a private pool. We also povide sunbeds and beach umbrellas to enjoy a relaxing day by the pool. On the left side of the house there is a play area to enjoy some football, basketball or a game of petanque. The whole garden is landscaped and well maintained and the underground is covered in artificial grass to give it a nice feel and a pleasant sight without worries.
First floor:
Staircase and hallway
By the floating stairs in the living room you arrive at the first floor hallway with acces to the large terrace in front where you can enjoy stunning views of the sea, city and swimming pool. All bedrooms and one bathroom are accessible from the hallway.
Bedroom 1 : Master / Ensuite bathroom
In the largest bedroom (master) you will find a queensize double bed with matching nightstands, nightlights and a large build in closet. Through the large windows you can see the garden, the swimming pool, the Mediterrenean en the area in front of the house. You can access the terrace where there is also a lounge and a sunbed available. Here you can sit quietly to watch the sunset. Ensuite there is a bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and single sink. As you sit in the bathtub you can also enjoy the magnificent view from the window.
Bedroom 2 : Adults
In the second bedroom you will find two single beds who can be conjoined in to one double bed. Here also we provide nightstands, nightlight, a television set and a large build in closet. Through the glass door you access the rear balcony where you have a stunning view of the mountains. A table and lounge chairs are available for your comfort.
Bedroom 3 : Children
In the tirth bedroom we have a bunk bed for 2 children (or 1 child and an adult) and a single sofa that transforms into a single bed. We also provide nightlights in this room, a toy box and a build in closet. The glass window also gives access to the rear balcony.
Bathroom 2 : Seperate bathroom
By the end of the hall you enter the seperate bathroom with toilet, shower and single sink. In both bedrooms we provide our guests with a garbage bin, a laundry basket, towels and basic shower products. We also provide one toilet roll per bathroom and a hairdryer.

- Some toys (toy box in the childrens room)
- Family games (in the living area cupboards)

In the villa you will find our information map on the living room coffee table.. Here you can find additional information about the villa, the surroundings, the island od Mallorca. It also provides some practical information, like a list of restaurants in the area, where to find a pharmacy or a doctor, telephone numbers in case of an emergency and so much more.
Be sure to take a look, but we kindly ask you to leave the brochure at the house. We've put soms great effort in drawing it up and it's a useful document for all our guests.
